1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TheDigiShopy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Digital Products and Delivery

TheDigiShopy sells digital products including but not limited to UI kits, templates, and graphic assets.

• Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased files.
• All files are provided "as is" without any implied warranties.
• You are responsible for having the necessary software to open and use the digital files.

3. Licensing and Usage Rights

When you purchase a product from TheDigiShopy, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product. You may use our products for personal or commercial projects. However, you are strictly prohibited from redistributing, reselling, sharing, or transferring the raw source files to any third party.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We generally do not offer refunds once a download link has been accessed. However, if a file is technically defective or corrupted, please open a complaint from your dashboard within 7 days of purchase, and we will replace the file or issue a refund at our discretion.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account with us (including via Google OAuth), you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
