1. Nature of Digital Goods

At TheDigiShopy, we offer high-quality digital templates, UI kits, design assets, and code repositories. Because our products are digital assets delivered instantly via download links upon purchase, they cannot be physically returned.

Therefore, all transactions are generally considered final once download access has been provisioned. We encourage you to review product descriptions, live demos, and screenshots carefully before purchasing.

2. Refund Eligibility & Complaint Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any technical issues, broken features, or file corruption that prevents you from using the purchased digital template, you are eligible to request a resolution or refund under the following conditions:

  • Duration: You must submit a complaint or refund request within 7 days of your purchase.
  • The defect or issue must be verified by our support team (e.g., missing essential assets, corrupted download archive, or major deviation from the advertised product description).
  • Refund requests will not be accepted due to a change of mind, lack of third-party software required for editing (unless stated in requirements), or lack of expertise to utilize the templates.

3. Refund Processing Mode & Timeframe

Once your refund request is received and verified by our technical team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Mode: All approved refunds will be credited back exclusively to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet).
  • Duration: The refund will be initiated immediately upon approval and will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days, subject to your bank or payment gateway provider's processing schedules.

4. How to Submit a Refund Request

To request a refund or raise a complaint:

  1. Log in to your account and visit your user dashboard.
  2. Go to the Complaints section and click "Raise Complaint" or "Request Refund" next to your order.
  3. Alternatively, send an email to princeantony05@gmail.com with your Order ID, purchase email, and details/screenshots of the technical issue.
