Cancellation Policy

1. Immediate Order Processing

At TheDigiShopy, all templates, codebases, and digital assets are processed and delivered electronically. Upon completion of payment, checkout triggers an automated provisioning process that grants immediate access to the download links.

Because download links are generated and delivered instantly, orders **cannot be cancelled** or terminated once payment has been confirmed and the download access has been provisioned.

2. Accidental / Duplicate Purchases

We understand that accidental duplicate transactions can occasionally occur. We offer a limited cancellation window under the following strict conditions:

• Duration: You must request the cancellation within 24 hours of the duplicate transaction.
• Download Check: The duplicate purchase must NOT have been downloaded. Our system tracks download logs for every order; if our logs show that the files for the duplicate purchase were downloaded, it will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
• To request a duplicate purchase cancellation, please email us immediately at princeantony05@gmail.com with the Transaction IDs or Order IDs of both the original and duplicate purchases.

3. Abuse of Cancellations

We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests or restrict account privileges for users who demonstrate a pattern of purchasing and repeatedly requesting cancellations. This measure is taken to prevent intellectual property theft and unauthorized use of our digital assets.
